Me & goals with this blog


Myself

Hi and welcome,

My name is Adam Simoneau, my twitter is "AsimoneauT" (T for training FYI) I am currently a 22 years old student. I have been training for about 7 years now. I used to play competitive hockey in high school. I am from Quebec and lived in Wisconsin a few years back. 

My first language is actually french so my written english is definetely not the best but I'll do my best to make as few mistakes as possible.

I started bodybuilding and weight training seriously about a year ago now. I take it extremely seriously, i go to the gym 6 times a week and I am extremely careful with my diet. Wether I am bulking or cutting. 

I am currently studying in entrepreneurship and next year I will start a bachelor in Kinesiologie. My dream for my futur would be to start a private clinic for nutrition, wellbeing, workout programs and more.

My goal

My goal with this blog is to help you guys out and maybe even learn a thing or two form fellow training enthusiastics. This blog will be 100% transparent regarding my consumption on supplements, calorie intakes, nootropics, motivation and more.

I personally feel like most of online videos (without naming any content creator), is lowkey a scam. Most of them is for either the promotion of products or promotion of program. I feel like there is barely any content creators that are there to promote general health, wellbeing, mental state and actual training. 

This is mainly why I decided to create this blog, and who knows, maybe some youtube videos one day.
